I have notice from Senator O'Meara that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for the Environment and Local Government to ensure a cycle-pedestrian track is included as part of the N52 link road which will connect the Limerick road to the Borrisokane road as part of the Nenagh bypass, currently under construction, as it is an essential part of the tourism plan for north Tipperary.
I regret that I have to disallow Senator O'Meara's matter as the Minister for the Environment and Local Government has no official responsibility in the matter since it is a matter for the National Roads Authority.
