Vol. 169 No. 21

Business of Seanad.

I have received notice from Senator Henry that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to outline the proposals he has to address the current unsatisfactory situation whereby no reports have been made by the barrister appointed by the Courts Service to report on the family law courts.

I have also received notice from Senator Costello of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Finance to extend the disabled drivers and disabled passengers (tax concessions) scheme to members of the Blind Car Owners and Users Association.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
