I move:
That Seanad Éireann takes note of the Report of the Standards in Public Office Commission of its investigations into contraventions of section 21(1) of the Standards in Public Office Act 2001 and, in particular, of the findings of the Commission contained in that Report, which report was furnished to and considered by the Committee on Members' Interests of Seanad Éireann and was laid before Seanad Éireann on 2 July, 2003.
