I move:
That notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, with effect from 9 October, 2003 and until further notice in the 22nd Seanad, Standing Order 103 of the Standing Orders of Seanad Éireann relative to Public Business is hereby amended by the addition of the following:
On the question "That the Bill be received for final consideration" the Chair may allow a member to contribute once on the subject matter of each grouping of amendments made by the Dáil. Such grouping shall be at the sole discretion of the Chair.
