I move:
That Seanad Éireann, notwithstanding the order of 5 July, 2006, requesting the Joint Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights, or a sub-committee thereof, to consider, including in public session, the report of the independent commission of inquiry into the bombing of Kay's Tavern, Dundalk, and to report back to Seanad Éireann by 17 November 2006, now requests the joint committee, or a sub-committee thereof, to report back not later than 1 December, 2006.
