I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approves the following Order in draft:
Employment Equality Act 1998 (section 12) (Church of Ireland College of Education ) Order, 2008,
copies of which were laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 27th May, 2008, be referred to the Joint Committee on Education and Science in accordance with paragraph (1) (Seanad) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 26th June, 2008, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 72, and Standing Order 74(2) shall accordingly apply.
