I move:
That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 138 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Jurisdiction of Courts and Enforcement of Judgments (Amendment) Bill 2011, which had reached Order for Second Stage prior to the Seanad General Election, April 2011, be restored to the Order Paper.
