By agreement of the House, I propose to extend the time allocated by five minutes to allow the Minister to finish. I have two technical amendments to the Order of Business. No. 2 is a Private Members' Bill and we will take Order for Second Stage and Second Stage, commencing at 3 p.m. and concluding at 5 p.m. With regard to No. 3, I should have stated this morning that the Minister will be called on to reply at 6.25 p.m., with Committee and Remaining Stages to be taken at 6.30 p.m.
