I propose to amend the Order of Business, that at the conclusion of Second Stage of the Criminal Law (Defence and the Dwelling) Bill 2011 the Seanad will immediately begin Committee Stage of the Local Government (Household Charge) Bill 2011, to conclude not later than 7.45 p.m.
