That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the law relating to proceedings in criminal matters to establish rules relating to the sentencing of offences under the main non-fatal offences against the person and the law relating to assault causing harm and serious harm and threats of serious harm and false imprisonment and theft and related offences and to provide for related matters in respect of older persons.
