Before I call Senator David Norris, I am sure Members would like to join me in welcoming a parliamentary delegation from the Republic of Austria, led by His Excellency Dr. Heinz Fischer, Federal President of the Republic of Austria, and the Minister for Education, Arts and Culture, Ms Gabriele Heinisch-Hosek. They are very welcome and I hope they have an enjoyable and successful trip to Ireland.
