I have notice from Senator Colm Burke that, on the motion for the Commencement of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health to furnish details of all repayments received under the fair deal scheme from the estates of deceased fair deal scheme recipients.

I have also received notice from Senator Paul Bradford of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health to comment on the take-up of private health insurance arising from the 30 April deadline.

I have also received notice from Senator Jim D'Arcy of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice and Equality to clarify the position in relation to staffing levels and operational procedures in Blackrock Garda station, Blackrock, County Louth, in view of community concerns in relation to a possible reduction in staff numbers.

I have also received notice from Senator Martin Conway of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government to outline what funding is being made available to local authorities for housing aids for older people and housing adaptation grants this year and when the funding will be allocated to local authorities.

I have also received notice from Senator Trevor Ó Clochartaigh of the following matter:

I have also received notice from Senator Tom Sheahan of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health to outline why a population of 3,000 people in Rathmore and Gneeveguilla, County Kerry, have been without a general practitioner since autumn 2014.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion. I have selected the matters raised by Senators Burke, Bradford, D’Arcy and Conway and they will be taken now. Senators Ó Clochartaigh and Sheahan may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise.
