I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approves the following Order in draft:
National Cultural Institutions Act 1997 (Section 44) (Variation of Indemnity Amount) Order 2016,
copies of which were laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 22nd January 2016, be referred to the Joint Committee on the Environment, Culture and the Gaeltacht, in accordance with Standing Order 70A(3)(j), which, not later than 28th January 2016, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 73, and Standing Order 75(2) shall accordingly apply.
