Before I call on the next speaker, I am sure Members of the House will join with me in welcoming His Excellency, Mr. Teo Chee Hean, Deputy Prime Minister and Co-ordinating Minister for National Security in Singapore. The Deputy Prime Minister is accompanied by members of parliament and senior officials from Singapore as well as by the ambassador of Singapore.
