I move:
That Sean Éireann acknowledges that it is the failure of Lloyds Pharmacy management to adhere to a Labour Court recommendation that has precipitated the current dispute between Lloyds Pharmacy management and the workers of Lloyds Pharmacy;
- condemns Lloyds Pharmacy management for failing to accept and implement the recommendations of the Labour Court in February 2017; and
- calls on the management of Lloyds Pharmacy to respect the rights of Lloyds Pharmacy workers, to engage meaningfully with the workers through their representative union Mandate, and to introduce the recommendations of the Labour Court.
