I propose an amendment to the Order of Business that, notwithstanding anything in today's order, No. 2, Residential Tenancies (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 2018 - Committee Stage, be taken now; No. 3, Civil Registration Bill 2019, be taken on conclusion of No. 2; and No. 4, Wildlife (Amendment) Bill 2016 be taken on conclusion of No. 3.
