I regret that I had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Boyhan on the ground that it anticipates the Second Stage debate of the Forestry (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2020, which is scheduled to take place in the Seanad today. I also regret that I had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator McGahon on the ground that the relevant Minister has no official responsibility in the matter raised.
