I move:
(1) That, notwithstanding anything in the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Seanad on its rising on Tuesday, 29th June, 2021, shall adjourn until 9.30 a.m. on Friday, 2nd July, 2021, in the Convention Centre Dublin, and unless otherwise ordered, the following arrangements shall apply:
(a) Standing Orders 29 and 30 shall stand suspended;
(b) there shall be no Order of Business;
(c) the business to be taken shall be confined to the items set out in the Schedule to this paragraph and, accordingly, no other business shall be taken unless the Seanad shall otherwise order on motion made by the Leader of the House or such other Senator as she may authorise in that behalf.

Statements on the new National Maternity Hospital.
Statements on the new National Maternity Hospital shall be taken at 9.30 a.m. and shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at 10.45 a.m., with the opening statement of the Minister not to exceed 8 minutes, the contribution of all Senators not to exceed 5 minutes and the Minister to be given no less than 7 minutes to reply to the debate.
Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2021 [Dáil] – All Stages.
Subject to the publication of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2021 [Dáil] and its passage by the Dáil, the proceedings on all Stages shall be taken at 10.45 a.m. and shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at 12 noon by one Question, which shall be put from the Chair, and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those set down or accepted by the Government; the opening contribution of the Minister at the debate on Second Stage shall not exceed 8 minutes, the contribution of all Senators shall not exceed 5 minutes, and the Minister shall be given no less than 7 minutes to reply to the debate; Committee and Remaining Stages shall be taken immediately on the conclusion of Second Stage.
Motion regarding the Earlier Signature of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2021.
The Motion regarding the Earlier Signature of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2021 shall be taken without debate on conclusion of all Stages of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2021.
Suspension of Sitting.
On the conclusion of the proceedings on the Motion regarding the Earlier Signature of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2021, the sitting shall be suspended for 30 minutes.
Climate Action and Low Carbon Development (Amendment) Bill 2021 [Dáil] – Committee Stage.
The proceedings on the Committee Stage of the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development (Amendment) Bill 2021 [Dáil] shall be taken on the resumption of the sitting. and shall, if not previously concluded, be adjourned at 6.30 p.m.
(2) The Seanad on its rising on Friday, 2nd July, 2021, shall adjourn until 10.30 a.m. on Monday, 5th July, 2021 in the Dáil Chamber.”
