I regret that I had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Sherlock on the ground that it anticipates the statements on the budget, which are scheduled to take place in the Seanad on Tuesday, 12 October 2021. I regret that I had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Conway on the ground that it is a repeat of a Commencement matter raised on 11 May 2021. The other Senators may give notice on another day of the matters that they wish to raise.
