The need for the Minister for Justice to make a statement on the increased funding allocated to An Garda Síochána in budget 2022 to tackle antisocial behaviour.

The need for the Minister for Transport to provide an update on the accessibility action proposals outlined in the Transport Access for All plan.

I have also received notice from Senator Malcolm Byrne of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science to make a statement on his plans to establish separate offices of chief scientific adviser and scientific advisory council and to outline progress on the development of a national research strategy.

I have also received notice from Senator John Cummins of the following matter:

I have also received notice from Senator Eugene Murphy of the following matter:

The need for the Minister of State at the Department of Health with responsibility for mental health and older people to make a statement on the development of later life psychiatry services at the former Rosalie unit, Castlerea, County Roscommon.

The matters raised by the Senators are suitable for discussion. I have selected those raised by Senators Maria Byrne, McGreehan, Malcolm Byrne and Cummins and they will be taken now. The other Senators may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise.
