Section 35 (1) states:
The arbitrator or judge in the arbitral or judicial proceedings relating to the claim of the salvor may, by interim decision, order that the salvor shall be paid on account such amount as seems fair and just.
Can I take it that a certain amount of work would first have to be carried out by the salvor before he could qualify for payment?
