I welcome the Minister of State and his officials. As already agreed, the committee will meet until 1 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. until 8 p.m. when it is hoped we will conclude our deliberations on the Bill. Otherwise we will meet tomorrow at 9.30 a.m. to conclude the Bill.
