I welcome the Minister, Deputy de Valera, and her staff. In the absence of the Chairman and vice Chairman, I will, with your permission, get proceedings under way. I presume when they arrive, they will take over. A number of additional amendments have been circulated to Members. I understand the Minister will be making some minor corrections here. We will proceed with section 33.
