In page 11, subsection (1)(b), line 3, after "trade" to insert "or statutory provision".

Is the Minister satisfied there is no need to include the words "statutory provision"?

In page 11, lines 41 to 46, and in page 12, lines 1 to 4, to delete subsection (6).

I want to give further consideration to the wording of section 6(2)(b)(i) and 6(4). I want to signal that I might table amendments to those subsections on Report Stage.
