I take it that all changes will be notified ; for instance, if an officer becomes a member of the House it will be notified in Iris Oifigiúil. We find that we finish this section with the interesting position that a member of our Irish House of Parliament can be a reserve officer in the British Army but can not be a reserve officer in his own Army and I believe that it has happened.

We have not provided anything in this Bill to deal with that. He cannot be in uniform in the House.
I have great hopes that we will bring the Minister around to our point of view with regard to that.
