I move amendment No. 88 :—
In line 40, to delete " at his last registered place of abode " and substitute " to the address indicated by him on discharge ".
The man might say when he is leaving the unit that his address is so and so and his discharge should be sent to the address indicated. There would be no difficulty about it as there would be a discharge form.
I am prepared to accept that in principle and deal with it on report.
