I oppose this section. It is a most serious section relating to offences. There was a suggestion by some members of the Committee that they would like to be here for the discussion of this part of the Bill.

I would. Deputy Collins and Deputy McBride intimated that they would like to be here and probably there are other members of the Committee who would like to take part in the discussion. This really starts a new part of the Bill.
