I move :—
At the end of the section to insert a new sub-section as follows :—
(7) Before making on or after the date of the establishment of the Bacon Marketing Board, any regulations for the marking of bacon by licensees the Minister shall consult the Bacon Marketing Board.
This amendment is very much on the lines of the amendment I moved a few minutes ago. That is that the Marketing Board should be consulted before making any regulations for marking.
