I move amendment No. 136:—
In sub-section (1) page 57, line 40, to delete the words " separate capital."
This is a drafting amendment.
SECTION 139.
(1) The Board shall keep separate capital fund (in this Part of this Act referred to as the fund) to be called and known as the pigs Marketing Fund and shall maintain and manage such fund in accordance with this Act.
