Ryan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment when she expects to receive phase 2 of the report from economic consultants (details supplied) on export licensing for military and dual-use goods; if it is intended to publish the report; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I understand that the report of phase 2 of the review of the operation of Ireland's export controls system is nearing completion and I would hope to receive it shortly. It is my intention to make the report publicly available.
