Amharc ar fhreagraThe Government legislation programme published on 25 January 2004 makes provision for a Bill to abolish ground rents. I have previously stated that publication of the Bill is subject to the resolution of possible constitutional and practical difficulties. I have nothing further to add to that by way of comment now.
