Amharc ar fhreagraThe person named has submitted an application for consideration of force majeure — exceptional circumstances — to my Department on 16 January 2004. Processing of applications has commenced and my Department will be in contact with the person named in the coming weeks.

Amharc ar fhreagraAn amended plan was received in this case on 30 January 2004. The plan has been examined and some additional information has been requested from the REPS planner involved in the case. No payments can issue until all information required by my officials has been submitted.
