Ceist:247 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Education and Science if the criteria for determining the fee status of a college applicant has changed for the students from one of the ten countries intending to enter the EU in May 2004; if so, if this has occurred due to the fact that ten new member states are entering the EU; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
