274 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if arrangements can be made to allow for spouses of Army personnel serving abroad to have a postal vote in the same manner as do spouses of diplomats; the numbers estimated to be in this category; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
