322 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if an appeal for mobility allowance for a person (details supplied) in Dublin 8 will be expedited in view of their medical circumstances. [7771/04]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe assessment of entitlement to and payment of the mobility allowance, including any appeal in any individual case, is a matter for the relevant health board. Accordingly, a copy of the Deputy's question has been forwarded to the regional chief executive officer, Eastern Regional Health Authority, with a request that he examine the case and reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
