Amharc ar fhreagraI have no legal authority to review a decision of a driver tester following a driving test. Under section 33 of the Road Traffic Act 1961, a person aggrieved by the decision of a driver tester may appeal the decision to the District Court. If the court finds that the test was not properly conducted, my Department will be directed to arrange a further test free of charge for the person concerned.
