200 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will intervene urgently in the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 11 who was told on 15 January 2004 that they required a procedure urgently but for whom the Mater hospital has not yet fixed an appointment. [8110/04]
Amharc ar fhreagraResponsibility for the provision of health services to persons living in Counties Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow rests with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has, therefore, asked the regional chief executive of the authority to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply to her directly.
