Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science his policy on making work sharing arrangements available to teachers on temporary contracts; and the way in which this policy is consistent with the approach adopted by Government that atypical workers should have equal access to entitlements which are made available to traditional full-time workers as part of a policy of encouraging flexibility in the work force and equality of workers rights.
