396 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Health and Children when a person (details supplied) in County Carlow will receive orthodontic treatment in view of the urgency of such treatment for the person involved; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8909/04]

Responsibility for the provision of orthodontic treatment to eligible persons in County Carlow rests with the South Eastern Health Board. My Department has asked the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
