Amharc ar fhreagraUnder sections 145 and 219 of the Planning and Development Act 2000, An Bord Pleanála, at its absolute discretion, may direct that a payment be made towards the costs of a party involved in a planning appeal or who appeared at an oral hearing into a proposed local authority compulsory purchase order. There are no proposals to extend the provision or to make funding available to persons or bodies undertaking planning appeals.
