85 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Education and Science, further to Parliamentary Question No. 228 of 10 February 2004, if he has obtained a report on the case; if so, the action he will take; and if the cost of transport will be granted. [9440/04]
Amharc ar fhreagraBus Éireann has advised that the person to whom the Deputy refers is over 18 years of age and has not attended the school referred to by him in Parliamentary Question No. 228 of 10 February 2004 since 1996. On the basis of the information available the provision of transport to the school referred by the Deputy does not arise.
