456 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of fatalities in each Garda division as a result of accidents involving off-road dumpers on public roads from 2001 to March 2004. [10109/04]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Garda authorities have informed me that two fatalities were recorded involving off-road dumpers on public roads from 2001 to March 2004. The first of these occurred in the Waterford-Kilkenny division in November 2001. The second fatality was in the Louth-Meath division in January 2003.
