O’Keeffe asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if files or documentation from his Department or from the Garda Síochána relating to allegations made by a person (details supplied) have been released to the Mahon Tribunal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I can confirm that both my Department and the Garda Síochána have co-operated, and will continue to co-operate, fully with the tribunal in terms of the provision of documentation required by it.
