174 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the position regarding the consideration of force majeure and exceptional circumstances in relation to establishment of entitlement under the mid-term review of the Agenda 2000 agreement single payment scheme for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick. The case has been examined and the person named has been notified that the application is successful. The reference year 2000 will not be used for the calculation of single payment entitlement, therefore the entitlements will be based on the reference years 2001 and 2002.
