324 Mr. Ferris asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources if he can provide statistics on the value of unprocessed fish exported each year since 1995 as a proportion of the total catch by the Irish fleet. [20328/04]
Amharc ar fhreagraFishery export statistics are compiled and published by the Central Statistics Office. The value of unprocessed fish, which includes live, fresh-chilled and unprocessed fish and shellfish, exported each year since 1996 are in the following table (1995 is unavailable and 2002 is the most recent year for which statistics are available). It includes salmon and fresh mussels from aquaculture production.
