347 Mr. Gogarty asked the Minister for Health and Children when a decision will be made on the appeal by a person (details supplied) in County Dublin regarding their application for domiciliary care allowance on behalf of their child. [20150/04]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe assessment of entitlement to and payment of the domiciliary care allowance, including the appeals process, in any individual case is a matter for the health boards-authority. Accordingly, a copy of the Deputy's question has been forwarded to the regional chief executive, Eastern Regional Health Authority, with a request that he examine the case and reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
