Ceist:431 Mr. Morgan asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if grant aid is available to persons who breed and rear rare endangered species of birds such as macaws, parrots, Queen of Bavaria conures or leadbeater cockatoos, for export; if his Department has plans to provide such grant aid; and the criteria that might apply in these cases.
