1238 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the reason for the delay in having a property (details supplied) in County Donegal transferred into State ownership; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22134/04]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Office of the Chief State Solicitor is dealing with the legal issues involved in the transfer of guardianship of the property in question into the care of the State. While these matters have proven more difficult than anticipated it is hoped that the process should be completed in the near future.
