837 Mr. O’Dowd asked the Minister for Health and Children his views on the recent North Eastern Health Board report, Mosney Accommodation Centre for Asylum Seekers: current issues and concerns in providing health and social care. [21916/04]
Amharc ar fhreagraOfficials from my Department have met with the North Eastern Health Board to discuss the report referred to by the Deputy. The report proposes that the health and social needs of asylum seekers resident in the board area need to be examined in more detail. The Department has agreed with the North Eastern Health Board's proposal that it conduct a needs assessment study.
