McGrath asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will report on the progress made to date on phase 2B of the Midland Regional Hospital at Mullingar; the progress made in the past 12 months towards bringing this project to fruition; and the expected timeframe for the completion of this project. Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department, having examined the board's stage 2 submission, development control plan, for phase 2B of the Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar, recently approved proceeding to stage 3 planning, sketch design, for the project. The Department's letter of approval requested the preparation, by the board, of a management plan for all remaining planning stages up to tender stage. This management plan will allow the preparation of a timeframe for completion of the project.
